Value for money.

Value for money. The location is superb. 4 persons can fit the room.

No hot shower. The floor is sticky butmaybe due to wax. The bed is quite ichy. I have insect bites but no idea what insects.

Great

Room is spacious and 2 comfortable bunk beds. Jay and AJ were great in assisting us during our stay. Wi Fi is great and location is just perfect. 2min walk to Mckinley Venice Canal and 7 eleven shop is just downstairs. Easier to get on Crab to Market Market Mall.

No TV nor fridge but it was OK. We didn't mind that.

The property is near to the places we wanted to visit.

The property is near to the places we wanted to visit. The mall is just a walking-distance from the property, and so as the British Embassy. The caretaker, Jake, was accommodating(10/10). The transaction was hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Jay was very welcoming. The location superb. Less than 5 minutes walk to The Mckinley Venice Canal and a laundry Mart and 7 eleven shop just next door. The room very spacious and had two bunk beds which is great especially for a family of 3.

No mini fridge nor a TV. TV we can do without but at least a mini fridge would do. No floor rugs for the bathroom to keep the floor dry. No microwave or bench top stove but we were OK with it.

Perfect location, clean facilities and very helpfull host.

The check in was perfect! Host was very nice and helpful. The property is in Mckinley (walking distance to Venice Mall). My stay was perfect!

I like how the room is cold, it is very well airconditioned.

I like how the room is cold, it is very well airconditioned. And there were towels and blankets available. Although i felt the blankets were really thin. Location is good too

I expected this is a budget room and this place is only good for sleep only. Nothing more! The cabinets in the kitchen were literally empty and they didn't even have shampoo or soap available.

The hosts were very accommodating.

The hosts were very accommodating. The place was accessible. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. Spacious and very conducive for sleeping and rest.

The shower room was clogged. The door to it wouldnt open when kt was locked even if you were on the inside. So you had to use the shower room without closing the door. The view wasn’t necessary since we only stayed for rest time but it would have been nice if there was any.

Value For Money is a 10

The location was to die for, just beside Venice Grand Canal Mall. The place was clean and clearly new, i still detected the smell of paint. The bed was just the right firmness and the sheets and towels smelled great. The size of the room was just right, with all the power outlets for various uses. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, well versed about the property rules. There was a 7-11, a resto and massage place within the bldg.

The drains took too long to drain. There were no fixtures in the shower room and toilet for things. There were no cups or utensils, save for the electric kettle, which would not be too useful if there were no cups.

BEST VALUE, COMFORT AND SERVICE IN ONE!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staffs are very accommodating... they helped and entertained questions, answered with patience, courtesy and with a smile... not a fake one mind you.... just a few steps from the Venice Grand Canal Mall... the room is very clean, good value for money rather best value... it's cheaper yet it has the more potential than others... have 2 bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 person but super budget friendly... have a table good for 4, 2 clean sink, a kettle, separate shower area and comfort room... although it doesn't have a tv but it's quite alright...

None! They have the best service so far...
